We're excited to welcome our founding players to Supernova FC!

Registration takes about 5–10 minutes to complete.

Before you begin:

• Complete one registration form for each player.

• Payment is completed after submitting the form.

• If you're interested in the Supernova Access Fund, you'll have the opportunity to apply during registration.
